Objective To investigate the clinical significance of dynamic blood glucose monitoring system in the assessment of blood glucose in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods 240 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups from February 2007 to March 2012 in our hospital. After intensive hypoglycemic treatment, the control group was tested with finger blood glucose monitor. The observation group was treated with dynamic glucose monitoring The system evaluated blood glucose, comparing HBA1C between glycemic control, time to glucose (T), hospitalization costs, and incidence of hypoglycemia. Results The incidence of HBA1C, T and hypoglycemia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in hospitalization costs between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion The dynamic blood glucose monitoring system can sensitively reflect the change trend of blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes, which has a scientific guiding significance for the adjustment of clinical hypoglycemic regimen.
