接班人控股在成功接班中很重要,是解决家族企业“富不过三代”难题的关键所在。“富不过三代”已经成为世界性的一个难题。根据美国布鲁克林家族企业学院的研究结果,约有88%的家族企业未能传到第三代。从第一代到第二代的成功率也只有30%。这就吸引了许许多多的家族企业研究专家专门研究这个话题。大家比较多的还是从制度安排和治理结构以及接班人本人的能力素质的培养等方面提出自己的解决方案。我在研究中发现,接班人的股权安排是接班人能否成功接班的一个十分关键的要素。
