台上一分钟,台下十年功。回忆起2013年全国燃气行业职业技能大赛上夺冠精彩一幕,齐铁军并没有十分得意,他更加看中的还是在工作岗位上默默无闻地努力拼搏。1998年,他从燃气专业学校毕业,在燃气管网运行维护岗位上一干就是十余载。多年来,齐铁军一步一个脚印走来,精心维护着管线上的每一个部件,创造了辖区零生产事故的骄人成绩。他在一线工作中的实践经验和勤奋敬业,也成就了这个响响当当的全国冠军。
