目的确定中脑黑质内神经细胞兴奋的心血管效应。方法给乌拉坦麻醉的大鼠黑质内微量注射Ｌ－谷氨酸钠，观察其动脉压和心率的变化。结果注射后使动脉压升高和心率加速。结论提示兴奋黑质内细胞可产生明显的心血管效应
Objective To determine the cardiovascular effects of excitatory nerve cells in the midbrain substantia nigra. Methods A small amount of sodium L-glutamate was injected into the substantia nigra of anesthetized urethane to observe the change of arterial pressure and heart rate. Results After injection, arterial pressure and heart rate were increased. The conclusion suggests that excitating intracerebral cells may produce obvious cardiovascular effects
