由于种植业结构的调整和市场对西瓜需求量的增加,西瓜种植业已成为当前市郊农场重要的经济作物。为了适应市郊农场西瓜生产发展的需要,更好地为家庭农场服务,我站于1986和1987年大力推广了西瓜优良品种“新澄”,并采用了与良种相配套的良法栽培技术,使“新澄”成为当家品种,连续两年单产有了较大幅度的增长,取得了显著的经济效益。现将“新澄”在市郊农场推广应用的情况总结如下,供参考。
Watermelon cultivation has become an important economic crop in the current suburb farms due to the adjustment of planting structure and the increasing market demand for watermelon. In order to meet the needs of watermelon production and development in rural areas of the suburbs and to better serve family farms, in 1986 and 1987, I vigorously promoted “Xincheng”, a fine variety of watermelon, and adopted good cultivation techniques that matched the fine varieties so that “ Xin Cheng ”has become the dominant species, with a relatively large increase in yield for two consecutive years and achieved significant economic benefits. Now the “New Cheng” in the suburbs farm to promote the application of the situation are summarized below for reference.
