The progress and development of human society have caused the destruction of the ecological environment and the intensification of the resource crisis, seriously affecting the survival and development of mankind. For the first time, the 18th National Congress of the CPC has explicitly deployed the overall five-in-one overall arrangement for economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction and ecological civilization construction.
