意识是被意识到的客观存在。客观存在既包括人自己的存在,也包括人以外的客观事物及人与客观事物的关系的存在。自我意识是主体我(Ⅰ)对客体我(me)的意识,它包括了主体我对自己的物我状况、心理活动以及自己与他人关系的意识。人类的一切活动,思维活动和实践活动,无时不在受到有意识或无意识地自我调控。完整的自我调控系统包括了自我对内外刺激的感受、传入、中枢信息处理、传出及调整效应等5个部分。自我的物我状况、心理活动以及自己与他人的关系作为一种刺激传入大脑,形成自我意识,再反馈调控自己的活动。学习是一种高级神经活动,也是一种实践活动,受到自我意识的调控是毋庸置
Consciousness is an objective reality that is realized. Objective existence includes not only the existence of human beings but also the objective things outside of human beings and the relationship between human beings and objective things. Self Consciousness is the Consciousness of Me (Ⅰ) to Me, which includes the subject ’s awareness of my condition, my mental activity and my relationship with others. All human activities, thinking activities and practical activities, all the time consciously or unconsciously self-regulation. The complete self-regulation system includes five parts of feelings of self-inside and outside stimuli, afferent, central information processing, outgoing and adjusting effects. Self physical condition, mental activity and their relationship with others as a stimulus into the brain, the formation of self-awareness, and then feedback regulation and control of their own activities. Learning is a high-level neurological activity, but also a practical activity, which is undeniable by the regulation of self-awareness
