目的观察商丘市农村饮水安全工程水氟含量与8~12岁在校学生氟斑牙患病情况。方法水氟测定按照《生活饮用水标准检验方法》(GB/T 5750—2006);氟斑牙采用Dean法。结果 2013-2015年共采集农村饮水安全工程的水样1400份,水氟含量合格率为44.43%,最高达2.90 mg/L。各年水氟合格率呈逐年上升趋势,且差异有显著统计学意义(χ~2=20.69,P<0.01)。检查8~12岁儿童氟斑牙97069人,总检出率为16.26%,氟斑牙指数为0.31。结论商丘市农村安全饮水工程取得了一定成效,但水氟合格率较低,防治工作仍然任重道远。
Objective To observe the water fluoride content of rural drinking water safety project in Shangqiu City and the prevalence of dental fluorosis in school students aged 8 ~ 12 years. Methods Determination of water fluoride in accordance with the “standard test method for drinking water” (GB / T 5750-2006); dental fluorosis Dean method. Results A total of 1,400 water samples of rural drinking water safety projects were collected during 2013-2015. The qualified rate of water fluorine content was 44.43% and the highest was 2.90 mg / L. The qualified rate of water fluorine in each year showed an upward trend year by year, and the difference was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 20.69, P <0.01). Examination of 97069 dental fluorosis children aged 8 to 12 years, the total detection rate was 16.26%, dental fluorosis index was 0.31. Conclusion Shangqiu rural drinking water project has achieved some success, but the low rate of qualified fluoride, prevention and control work is still a long way to go.
