目的探索持续护理质量改进对内分泌科护理质量的影响。方法选取2015年2月至2016年1月在我院接受治疗的内分泌科住院患者130例,将其分为对照组和观察期各65例。对照组按照常规方法进行护理,观察组在常规方法护理的基础上实施持续护理质量改进。比较2组患者对护理人员的满意度。结果观察组患者对护理工作的满意率达到100.0%,明显高于对照组的81.5%(P<0.05)。结论护理质量的持续改进,提高了内分泌科的护理质量,提升了患者对护理人员的满意度。
Objective To explore the impact of continuous nursing quality improvement on nursing quality of endocrinology. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016, 130 inpatients with endocrinology who were treated in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and 65 cases in each observation period. The control group was treated according to the conventional method, and the observation group underwent the continuous nursing quality improvement based on the conventional method of nursing. The satisfaction of nursing staff in two groups was compared. Results In the observation group, the satisfaction rate of nursing work to 100.0% was significantly higher than that of the control group (81.5%, P <0.05). Conclusion The continuous improvement of nursing quality has improved the quality of nursing in the department of endocrinology and improved patient satisfaction with nursing staff.
