设计了三正辛胺(TNOA)硅胶柱,研究了用于分离(富集)金(Ⅲ)的条件及选择性。以王水稀释的酸液[φ(混酸=10%)]作移动相,以硅胶球负载的TNOA作固定相,反相萃取层析金(Ⅲ),使与多种共存离子分离,柱上的金用亚硫酸钠溶液(10g/L)解脱后测定。方法简便,快速,选择性高,分离效果好,柱再生方法简便。可用于矿物岩石等复杂物料中金的分离、富集与测定。
The tri-n-octylamine (TNOA) silica gel column was designed and the conditions and selectivity for the separation (enrichment) of gold (Ⅲ) were studied. The mobile phase was prepared by diluting the acid [φ (mixed acid = 10%)] with aqua regia and using TNOA loaded with silica gel as the stationary phase. The reversed phase extraction of gold (Ⅲ) Of the gold with sodium sulfite solution (10g / L) after release measured. The method is simple, rapid, high selectivity, good separation effect and convenient column regeneration method. Can be used for the separation, enrichment and determination of gold in complex materials such as mineral rock.
