很多年轻的父母认为,在辅食中添加蔗糖,会刺激宝宝的食欲。其实,新生的宝宝暂时还分辨不出味道,蔗糖并不能助长其食欲。4-6个月宝宝的味觉才开始发育,摄入太多蔗糖会使宝宝味蕾不敏感,形成偏食。长期如此,还有可能直接导致肥胖症,影响骨骼的生长发育,导致佝偻病等疾病。在蔗糖对宝宝犯下的所有“罪行”中,最普遍直观且最为人所知的,莫过于造成宝宝蛀牙了。
