通过对面向成本设计(DFC)中的装配成本、产品装配建模和不同设计阶段成本估算方法的研究,提出了产品装配估算策略和降低装配成本的设计原则。提高了产品不同设计阶段装配成本的估算精度,达到降低产品成本的目的。
Based on the research of assembly cost, product assembly modeling and cost estimation in different design stages in cost-oriented design (DFC), the design principles of product assembly estimation and assembly cost reduction are proposed. The estimation accuracy of the assembly cost at different design stages of the product is improved, so as to reduce the product cost.
