本文通过查阅大量运动猝死文献,探究运动猝死的病因及其产生原因,为因运动猝死事件的产生而出现负面心理影响学生和教师提出相应防范措施,引导学生正确认识运动猝死,打消顾虑,为身心健康发展计划提出合理科学的建议.
