在房地产市场日趋成熟的今天,众多开发商为使自己的产品更具竞争力,纷纷把目光聚焦在产品的设计上。因为只有优良的建筑设计,事业的成功才有坚实的基础。目前,在房地产市场上,堪称集建筑设计之大成者当数五合国际(5+1 Werkhart International),它是一家跨国集团,在德国、英国、澳大利亚及中国上海、北京和香港设有分支机构。日前,记者就房产商和购房者普遍关注的问题采访了五合国际建筑设计集团总经理陶滔。
