The infection process of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides on leaves and fruits of mango fruits was observed by cell histology and scanning electron microscopy. The effects of temperature, humidity and stab wounds on the incidence of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides were also studied. The results showed that under suitable conditions, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides could germinate and invade the host tissues within 3h. The wounds could promote the germination of conidia of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, but not conducive to the formation of adherent cells. 20 ~ 28 ℃, the higher the temperature the heavier the incidence; Humidity 69.2% ~ 85.4%, the higher the incidence of humidity heavier, and the wound can aggravate the occurrence of anthracnose.
