男,7岁半。因反复出现皮疹和瘙痒4年,颈部淋巴结肿大2年入院。体检:体温37.5℃。全身皮肤散在黄豆粒大小丘疹,不红,有者破溃、结痂及色素沉着,以四肢仲侧多见。周身浅表淋巴结肿大,少至3个,多至5个,大小(1×1)～(2×3)cm,无压痛,弹性硬,彼此有粘连但与基底部不粘连。左颈前淋巴结周围软组织肿胀。双肺呼吸音粗,心脏正常。肝肋下3cm。实验室检查:血白细胞41.6×10~9/L,嗜酸粒细胞95%,中性粒细胞3%,淋巴细胞2%。嗜酸粒细胞计数(1.13～40.6)×10~9/L,红细胞5.01×10~(12)/L,血红蛋白为150g/L。血沉18～44mmH_2O/h,结核菌素1:2000阴性。血IgG6.65g/L,IgA0.78g/L,IgM
Male, 7 and a half years old. Due to repeated rashes and itching 4 years, cervical lymph node enlargement 2 years admitted. Physical examination: body temperature 37.5 ℃. Whole body skin scattered soybean size papules, not red, some ulceration, crusting and pigmentation to the limbs more common. Superficial lymph nodes around the body, as few as 3, up to 5, the size of (1 × 1) ~ (2 × 3) cm, no tenderness, elastic hard, adhesions with each other but with the base of the non-adhesion. Swelling of soft tissue around left anterior lymph nodes. Breath sounds coarse lungs, the heart is normal. Liver ribs 3cm. Laboratory tests: white blood cells 41.6 × 10 ~ 9 / L, eosinophils 95%, 3% neutrophils, lymphocytes 2%. Eosinophil count (1.13 ~ 40.6) × 10 ~ 9 / L, erythrocyte 5.01 × 10 ~ (12) / L and hemoglobin 150g / L. ESR 18 ~ 44mmH_2O / h, tuberculin 1: 2000 negative. Blood IgG6.65g / L, IgA0.78g / L, IgM
