这几年,攀钢机制公司金工车间党总支没有放松组织发展工作,然而党员总数还是出现了负增长。1987年,党员人数达到84名,到1995年初,职工人数增加到544人,在岗党员人数却只有58名。这是为什么?原来,随着退休职工的增多,一些老党员也陆续“解甲归田”。虽然车间每年都要发展新党员,但注入的新鲜血液不足补充肌体的需要。
