科技的进步与发展带动着农业技术的不断进步。农业机械化越来越普遍,水利技术也日趋成熟化。目前我国小型农田中水利渠道的渗漏水情况严重,导致水资源的严重浪费。为了保障我国农业技术的发展。遏制水资源的浪费现象,农业技术上开展防渗技术十分必要。小型农田水利渠道工程的防渗技术的实施,有利于杜绝水资源浪费的现象,遵循了农业的可持续发展。
