目的:分析口腔正畸治疗中微型种植体支抗位移的影响因素。方法:选取2010年2月至2013年2月在我院行口腔正畸治疗的38例患者,均植入微型钛钉种植体作为支抗。观察其种植钉的移位情况,统计与各变量间的关系。回顾相关资料。结果:76枚种植钉施力后平均位移量为0.44±0.29mm,较刚植入时位移量明显增大(P<0.05)。其中男性位移量大于女性(P<0.05),持续力种植钉位移量略大于间歇力,但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:在植入种植钉的过程中,应充分考虑加载开始时间、施力持续时间、性别、年龄等对位移量大小的影响,确定好种植钉与组织结构如牙周膜、牙根及神经血管等的安全距离,确保安全有效正畸。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the influencing factors of anchorage displacement of mini implants in orthodontic treatment. Methods: Thirty-eight patients undergoing oral orthodontic treatment in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2013 were enrolled in mini titanium screw implants. Observe the displacement of planting nails, the relationship between statistics and variables. Review the relevant information. Results: The average displacement of 76 implants was 0.44 ± 0.29mm, which was significantly higher than that of the implants immediately after implantation (P <0.05). Among them, the displacement of male was higher than that of female (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: During implantation of implanting nail, the influence of loading start time, duration of applying force, sex, age and so on on the amount of displacement should be fully considered to determine the effect of implanting nail and tissue structure such as periodontal ligament, root and neurovascular Such as the safety distance, to ensure safe and effective orthodontic.
