由于就业压力,就业问题受到社会的关注。高职院校家庭经济困难学生就业困境包括:经济和社会资源匮乏、基础薄弱,职业能力不强、就业心态偏差和期望值过高。帮扶措施是:根据经济困难学生实际情况给予毕业生经济支持和信息支持、提高职业能力、培养正确的就业心态和取向。加大国家政策解读,鼓励学生先就业,再择业或创业,这样今后成功的可能性才能提高。
Due to employment pressure, the issue of employment has drawn the attention of the community. Employment difficulties for students with financial difficulties in higher vocational colleges include: lack of economic and social resources, weak foundation, weak vocational skills, deviation of employment mentality and high expectations.
