本文叙述用循环放电曝射法制备氘标记黄腐酸及其分离鉴定;并报告了3~H—黄腐酸在正常小鼠体内的分布和排泄。静脉注射3~H—黄腐酸后,小鼠血中放射性迅速降低,快慢两相的生物半衰期分别为2分钟及72分钟。给小鼠尾静脉注射3~H—黄腐酸30分钟时,药物在各组织分布以肝肾为最高,全血骨骼次之,脑中较低。1小时后各组织中的药物浓度均迅速下降,48小时后则在所测组织中药物浓度均降到相当低的水平。3~H—黄腐酸静脉注射后24小时自小鼠体内排出的总放射性在尿中相当于注射剂量的59.71%在粪中相当于21.31%,与整体放射自显影结果相似。
This paper describes the preparation of deuterium labeled fulvic acid by cyclic discharge exposure and its separation and identification; and reports the distribution and excretion of 3 ~ H-fulvic acid in normal mice. Intravenous injection of 3 ~ H-fulvic acid, the radioactivity of mice decreased rapidly, the biological half-life of fast and slow phase were 2 minutes and 72 minutes. To the mouse tail vein injection of 3 ~ H-fulvic acid for 30 minutes, the distribution of drugs in each organization to the highest liver and kidney, followed by whole blood bones, the brain lower. After 1 hour, the concentration of drug in each tissue decreased rapidly, and the concentration of drug in the tested tissue dropped to a very low level after 48 hours. The total radioactivity discharged from the mice 24 hours after intravenous injection of 3-H-fulvic acid was equivalent to 59.71% of the injected dose in urine and 21.31% in feces, similar to the results of the whole autoradiography.
