我国首次将国营大中型企业租赁给外商独资经营日前,四川省国有资产管理局委托四川交通厅与香港泰邦行实业有限公司达成的租赁合同生效,全国客车行业14个骨干企业之一的四川省客车厂已被港商接管,并将以“四川泰邦行客车制造有限公司”名称于近日挂牌营业。这是我国第一家租赁给外商独资经营的大中型国营企业。根据租赁合同规定,租赁采用外商“投资租赁,独资经营”的模式,以外商引进资金、
