根据《湖南省总工会2006年经审工作要点》的安排,我们对部分市级工会和县级工会经审组织在税务代收工会经费后,开展计拨审计的情况进行了调查。调查结果表明,税务代收工会经费后,给计拨审计工作带来了机遇的同时也带来了挑战。在各级经审组织和经审干部的努力下,我省的计拨工会经费审计工作取得了较好的成绩,但也还有一些问题需要我们继续研究探索,加以解决。
According to the Arrangements for Hunan Province Federation of Trade Unions 2006 Review and Adjudication, we conducted a survey on some counties’ audits conducted by some municipal-level trade unions and county-level trade union auditing organizations after receiving funds from the tax collection union. The results of the survey show that the tax collection of trade union funds poses an opportunity as well as a challenge to the commissioning and auditing work. Thanks to the efforts of the audited organizations and cadres at all levels, the audit work on the appropriation of trade unions in our province has achieved good results. However, there are still some problems that we need to continue studying and exploring to solve them.
