中央教科所曾对我国众多企事业单位调查研究后指出:现代企业和市场选择人才时看中的不仅只是学生拥有的文凭和证书,更看重的是学生个体的职业素养。如何培养学生职业素养是职业教育永恒的课题。就中职学生的职业素养培养提出了看法。
Central Institute of Education on many enterprises in China conducted a survey after the study pointed out: the choice of modern enterprises and markets when the fancy is not only students have diplomas and certificates, but more emphasis is on the professionalism of individual students. How to cultivate students’ professional accomplishment is the eternal topic of vocational education. Proposals on vocational accomplishment training for secondary vocational students are put forward.
