罗森塔尔效应并不适用于任何教育对象。教师对教育对象的期望属外在于教育对象的他控型教育模式。要使教师的期望在学生身上产生理想的效应,原因很多。根本原因在于学生是否内化了这种期望,由他控向自控转化。
Rosenthal effect does not apply to any education object. Teachers’ expectation of the object of education belongs to his controlled education which is external to the object of education. There are many reasons why teachers’ expectations have the desired effect on students.
