目的 将实时超声引用于肺部囊型包虫病的检查并观察包虫囊肿在药物作用下变性坏死程度的影像学特征 ,以弥补X线摄片诊断的不足。方法 每一疗程结束后复查B超和X线摄片 (对直径 >4cm未破裂包虫在疗程内只做B超复查 ) ,通过不同体位和扫查方法观察肺包虫囊变性坏死程度各期的影像特征并拍照存档。结果 应用实时B超检查结合X线摄片 ,对各疗程内肺部包虫囊变性坏死程度的影像变化特征 ,均能取得较好的各期可具对比的图像资料。结论 实时B超结合X线摄片对临床检查、治疗肺包虫病具有较大的指导价值 ,可作为临床诊断和药物治疗该病疗效判定的方法应用
Objective To introduce real-time ultrasound in the examination of pulmonary cystic echinococcosis and observe the imaging characteristics of hydatid cyst in the degree of degeneration and necrosis under the action of drugs to make up for the lack of radiographic diagnosis. Methods After the end of each course of review B ultrasound and radiography (diameter> 4cm unruptured hydatid only during the treatment of B-ultrasound), by different positions and scanning method to observe the lung hydatid cyst degeneration and necrosis of the stage Image features and take a photo archive. Results Using real-time B-ultrasound combined with X-ray, the image characteristics of lung hydatid cyst degeneration and necrosis within each course of treatment were able to obtain better comparative image data. Conclusion The real-time B-ultrasound combined with radiography has great guiding value for clinical examination and treatment of pulmonary echinococcosis and can be used as a method for clinical diagnosis and drug treatment of the curative effect of the disease
