为了研究纳米SiO2对基质沥青混合料路用性能的影响与改善,采用车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验分析了纳米SiO2改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性,并与基质沥青混合料进行对比验证。在此基础上,采用SPT试验和间接拉伸试验进一步验证了纳米SiO2对沥青混合料高低温性能改善性效果。结果表明:与基质沥青混合料相比,纳米SiO2改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性和水稳定性显著提高,低温性能略有降低,但仍能满足沥青路面对低温抗裂性能的要求。证明了纳米SiO2改性沥青混合料具有优良的路用性能,也证明了其在实际工程应用中的可行性。
In order to study the influence and improvement of nanosilica on road performance of asphalt mixture, rutting test, low temperature bending test, immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test were used to analyze the high temperature stability, low temperature resistance Cracking and water stability, and compared with the matrix asphalt mixture to verify. On this basis, SPT test and indirect tensile test to further verify the effect of nano-SiO2 on the high and low temperature performance of asphalt mixture. The results show that compared with the matrix asphalt mixture, the high temperature stability and water stability of the nano-SiO2 modified asphalt mixture increase significantly, while the low temperature performance slightly decreases, but still meet the requirements of low temperature cracking resistance of asphalt pavement. Proved nano-SiO2 modified asphalt mixture has excellent road performance, but also proved its feasibility in practical engineering applications.
