我国高速公路路面基层施工结构形式长期以来被半刚性基层所垄断,随着国民经济的高速发展,重载、超载交通的不断增长及一些地区特殊气候条件的限制,半刚性基层沥青路面的缺陷逐渐显露出来。如温缩及干缩裂缝较为严重、水稳定性较差、抗疲劳性能较差,许多高速公路建成后不久就不能适应交通的需要,出现开裂、唧浆、松散等破坏现象,路面使用性能下降,大大缩短了沥青路面使用寿命。迫使我们为克服上述缺陷而探讨新的基层结构形式,文章描述了江苏宁淮高速公路进行沥青稳定碎石柔性基层试验段施工过程,对沥青稳定碎石柔性基层的施工工艺进行了尝试。
