职业院校的学生是处于容易接受新事物且思想观念成形的年纪,要想合理提高他们的综合素质,可通过合理的思想政治教育工作的开展来引导他们,并强化对他们的素质教育。“以人为本”理念是以人为核心的思想观念,将“以人为本”理念引入职业院校的思想政治教育工作,目的在于将思想政治工作开展的中心放在“人”上,即针对职业院校的学生开展思想政治教育工作,切实实现积极合理的德育教育。本文就是对基于以人为本理念而开展的职业院校思想政治工作进行分析与探讨。
