马拉松赛日渐成为“城市的盛会和人民的节日”。人们通过这些马拉松赛事重新认识和感知了一座座城市,得到了无尽的欢乐,同时也激发了他们参加体育锻炼的兴趣。一项古老的体育运动和一座发展中的城市今年9月携手前行。9月19日,风光旖旎的母亲河畔人声鼎沸,彩旗飘舞,2010宁夏“黄河金岸”(半程)国际马拉松赛在宁夏回族自治区美丽的“滨河同乡”吴忠市主赛场开赛。来自5个国家39700多名(寓意着黄河流经宁夏段397公里)国内外选手参加比赛,其中,352名运动员参加(半程)马拉松赛,2268名运动员参加10公里马拉松
Marathon has become “the city’s grand occasion and people’s festival”. More than 39,700 athletes from 5 countries (meaning 397km of the Yellow River flowing through Ningxia) participated in the competition, of which 352 athletes participated in the half marathon and 2,268 athletes participated in the 10km marathon
