伊他康唑(itraconazole)是一种口服有效的三氮唑族广谱抗真菌剂。对常见真菌感染,如阴道念珠菌病、花斑癣、皮肤癣菌病均有明显疗效,对全身性真菌病亦见良至优的效果。伊他康唑对组织有高度的亲和性,其组织浓度数倍于其相应的血浆浓度峰值。本文观察了正常志愿者口服伊他康唑100~200mg/d 后在皮肤内的药动学。从用药7天起,胡须部及背部组织的浓度即持续地高于相应的血浆浓度。手掌角层的浓度比相应的血浆浓度低,但在停药后仍持续3周。胡须部位角质在治疗结束后4周
Itraconazole is an orally available triazole-based broad-spectrum antifungal agent.
