目的探讨放射性125I粒子体外穿刺在治疗宫颈癌方面的技术可行性和疗效。方法 15例宫颈癌患者存局麻下实施经超声引导阴道穿刺125I粒子植入治疗,每颗粒子放射性活度为0.50-0.80 mCi,平均植入15颗。结果随访时间为3—6个月,全组患者随访期间除2例因全身衰竭死亡外,余均无复发,患者症状改善明显,思想压力明硅减轻,精神状况好,饮食改善。结论使用125I放射性粒子植入治疗宫颈癌,不受医疗资源的限制,操作简单,疗效确实可靠,放射并发症轻微,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the technical feasibility and efficacy of radioactive 125I particles in vitro treatment of cervical cancer. Methods Fifteen patients with cervical cancer underwent local anesthesia with ultrasound-guided vaginal puncture with 125I seeds. The radioactivity of each particle was 0.50-0.80 mCi, with an average of 15. Results The follow-up time ranged from 3-6 months. During the follow-up period, all patients except 2 died of systemic failure. No recurrence was found in the patients. Symptoms of the patients improved obviously. Mental stress was relieved, mental state was improved and diet improved. Conclusion The use of 125I radioactive seed implantation in the treatment of cervical cancer is not limited by the medical resources. The operation is simple, the curative effect is reliable, and the radiological complications are minor, which is worthy of popularization.
