目的探讨冷冻异体骨移植在治疗骨肿瘤切除后遗留的骨缺损的临床应用及疗效。方法回顾性分析2001~2011年间某院采用冷冻异体骨移植技术治疗骨肿瘤切除后的骨缺损病人50例。手术后骨关节功能按Mankin标准评定。结果通过对患者资料分析,50例患者平均随访时间36个月(6~96月),异体骨全部愈合。其中,部分出现并发症,感染1例,骨折1例,肿瘤局部复发2例。骨关节功能按Mankin标准评定,优22例,良15例,中9例,差4例,优良率92%。结论冷冻异体骨移植能够较好的治疗骨肿瘤切除后导致的骨缺损状况,术后恢复良好。
Objective To investigate the clinical application and curative effect of frozen allogeneic bone graft in the treatment of bone defects left after resection of bone tumor. Methods Retrospective analysis of 50 cases of bone defect after bone tumor resection with frozen allogeneic bone transplantation in a hospital from 2001 to 2011. Bone and joint function after surgery according to Mankin standard assessment. Results According to the analysis of patient data, the average follow-up time of 50 patients was 36 months (range 6 to 96 months), and the allogeneic bone healed. Among them, some complications, infection in 1 case, fracture in 1 case, local tumor recurrence in 2 cases. Bone and joint function according to Mankin standard assessment, excellent in 22 cases, good in 15 cases, 9 cases, poor in 4 cases, excellent and good rate of 92%. Conclusion Allogeneic bone allograft can treat bone defect after resection of bone tumor well and recover well after operation.
