乙胺碘呋酮用于临床治疗心律失常在国外已有十几年的历史,国内也已广泛使用,并且收到了较好的效果。对乙胺碘呋酮的电生理研究在国外已有报道。但乙胺碘呋酮与其它抗心律失常药联合应用的电生理研究,国内外尚未见报道。本工作旨在对乙胺碘呋酮与奎尼丁单用和联用的抗心律失常作用做一些电生理研究,以期对临床治疗提供参考。材料和方法取350~500g 豚鼠,雌雄任意,共52只。取600个心房肌细胞,580个心室乳头肌细胞做单细胞动作电位的记录。实验分组安排如下:
