LNG低温储罐内胆材质为奥氏体不锈钢06Cr19Ni10,设计温度-196℃,介质为易燃易爆的液化天然气。奥氏体不锈钢在焊接时容易产生裂纹,在超低温时还会存在低温脆断危险。本文论述了如何根据低温奥氏体不锈钢焊接特性,制定合理的焊接工艺,并进行焊接工艺评定,使焊缝避免产生裂纹和低温脆断,确保LNG低温储罐储罐能够很好的满足超低温情况下的使用要求。
