数字图书馆,是一种拥有多种媒体、内容丰富的数字化信息资源;但资源过于庞大,更新也很迅速。传统和新一代的搜索引擎信息检索技术满足了人们一定的需要,但由于其通用的性质,仍不能满足不同背景、不同目的和不同时期的查询请求。我们结合RSS技术的自动推送特性及个性化服务在处理用户需求方面的优势,从某种角度来讲可以有效解决这一难题,从而产生巨大的社会效益和经济效益。
The digital library is a multi-media, informative digital information resource; however, it is over-resourced and up-to-date. Traditional and new-generation search engine information retrieval technology has met people’s needs, but due to its universal nature, it still can not meet the query requests of different backgrounds, different purposes and different periods. Combined with the automatic push feature of RSS technology and the advantages of personalized service in handling user needs, we can effectively solve this problem from a certain angle, resulting in tremendous social and economic benefits.
