目的讨论在我国进行ＰＡＣＳ和ＨＩＳ／ＲＩＳ集成面临的问题并提出相关建议。材料与方法本文首先简要概述了 ＰＡＣＳ和 ＨＩＳ／ＲＩＳ，其次介绍了 ＰＡＣＳ与 ＨＩＳ／ＲＲ之间互连的必要性，再根据ＰＡＣＳ与ＨＩＳ／ＲＩＳ的情况提出了一些相应的互连方案。结果提出了在我国实现 ＰＡＣＳ和 ＨＩＳ／ＲＩＳ集成所面临的一些问题。结论在我国解决ＰＡＣＳ和 ＨＩＳ／ＲＩＳ集成问题需要相关厂商、医院和行业协会之间通力合作，制定统一的ＰＡＣＳ和ＨＩＳ／ＲＩＳ集成规范，这才是根本解决这一问题的关键。
Objective To discuss the problems faced in integrating PACS and HIS / RIS in China and put forward some suggestions. Materials and Methods This paper first briefly outlines PACS and HIS / RIS, then introduces the necessity of interconnection between PACS and HIS / RR, then proposes some corresponding interconnection schemes according to the situation of PACS and HIS / RIS. The results put forward some problems in the integration of PACS and HIS / RIS in our country. Conclusions In our country, the solution to the PACS and HIS / RIS integration problems requires the cooperation among relevant manufacturers, hospitals and industry associations, and the establishment of a unified PACS and HIS / RIS integration specification. This is the key to solve this problem fundamentally.
