思想政治工作在公司治理中起着重要的作用是公司治理工作过程中的方向性工程。运用正确的思想政治理论贯彻于公司治理具体工作实践中去,以提高员工政治思想觉悟为手段,确保公司治理工作大方向上的正确性。在公司治理工作中贯彻政治思想教育,从本质上来讲就是从企业发展的总体规划为着眼点,力求强化员工的政治思想觉悟,以便他们在工作中自觉遵守以公司总体目标为导向。本文通过分析我国企业在公司治理过程中存在的政治思想工作问题,以政治思想工作的原则为依据,探讨政治思想工作在公司治理方面的重要性。
Ideological and political work plays an important role in corporate governance. It is a directional project in the process of corporate governance. Apply the correct ideological and political theory to the concrete work of corporate governance, and improve staff’s political and ideological consciousness as a means to ensure the correctness of the general direction of corporate governance. Carrying out political and ideological education in corporate governance work essentially focuses on the overall planning of enterprise development and seeks to reinforce the political and ideological consciousness of employees so that they can voluntarily comply with the overall goal of the company as their guideline. Based on the analysis of the political and ideological work existing in the process of corporate governance in our country and based on the principle of political and ideological work, this paper discusses the importance of political and ideological work in corporate governance.
