目的了解石嘴山市儿童家长预防接种常识知晓率情况,促进儿童预防接种工作的开展。方法统一制定调查方案及调查表,按照标准组群抽样法抽取村级单位,开展入户调查,用Excel进行统计分析。结果 1 390名儿家长中,知道孩子需要进行预防接种,并信任预防接种效果的有1 387人,知晓率为99.8%;1 261人知道孩子托(幼)入学查验预防接种证,知晓率为90.9%;1 151人知道孩子漏种后到新居住地需要及时进行补种,知晓率为83.0%。结论应加强全程预防接种健康教育,尤其是预防接种单位在实施周期性常规接种过程中的宣传教育,以提高家长预防接种的主动性,提高儿童预防接种率。
Objective To understand the awareness rate of common immunization among parents of children in Shizuishan and to promote the vaccination of children. Methods The survey plan and questionnaire were uniformly formulated, village units were sampled according to the standard cluster sampling method, household surveys were conducted, and statistical analysis was performed by using Excel. Results Among 1 390 parents, there were 1 387 children who knew their children needed vaccination and trusted vaccination, the awareness rate was 99.8%; 1 261 children knew the child care certificate, and the awareness rate was 90.9%; 1 151 people knew that their children need to replant in time to find their new place of residence, the rate of awareness is 83.0%. Conclusions Health education should be strengthened during the whole course of immunization, especially publicity and education of vaccination units during the implementation of routine routine immunization so as to improve parents’ initiative of vaccination and increase children’s vaccination rate.
