判断一个人是否为优秀的法律人才,其标准除了扎实的专业知识,处理问题的能力之外,还有一个重要的也是必不可少的标准,就是看其是否具有法律职业道德。职业道德,就是在价值观的指引下所具备的思想品质。高校法学院系是法律人才的诞生地,是法学专业学生接受教育,不断成长成熟的地方,因此其重要性不言而喻。然而其教育方式不当,效果不佳。其教学重点主要集中于理论知识的传授和技能的培养而忽视了一个相当关键的重点—法律职业道德教育,导致其教学质量难以得到实质提升。只有加强法律职业道德教育,采取具体措施提高职业道德教育地位,增加职业道德教育教学内容,才能培养学生健全的人格,提高其道德判断能力,使其成为一个合格的法律人才,同时为社会、为国家进行有效法治提供保证。
