党建工作在整个企业发展过程中占有非常重要的位置,企业党建工作的好坏会直接关系到党对于企业的领导和影响力。在企业中,党组织对企业人员、机构与资源都有支配的权利,党组织更是在整个企业的发展和经营过程中发挥着关键的作用,结合目前我国国有企业党建工作中存在一些不足和国有企业自身的一些实际情况,探索完善国有企业的党建工作的有效措施,促进国有企业的党建工作的开展,更好的发挥党组织对于企业的领导作用。
The party building work occupies a very important position in the development of the entire enterprise. The quality of party building in a business enterprise has a direct bearing on the party’s leadership and influence over the enterprise. In the enterprise, the party organization has the right to control the personnel, organization and resources of the enterprise. The party organization plays a key role in the development and operation of the whole enterprise. Combining with the current deficiencies in the party construction in state-owned enterprises in our country, We should explore some effective measures for perfecting the party building in state-owned enterprises, promote the party building in state-owned enterprises and give better play to the leadership of the party organizations in enterprises.
