近年来,大家都对课外体育活动寄予越来越大的期望。然而,不少农村中学的课外体育活动难以落实,管理比较薄弱。我校在课外体育活动管理中做到了六个落实,收到了很好的效果。一、思想落实。当前存在的主要思想障碍有:一是智育至上,认为农村中学的教学质量较差,为了提高升学率,只好牺牲体育;二是以体力活动代替体育活动;三是过分强调条件差,无法开展体育活动。我校针对以上三种主要的思想问题,联系实际、组织三级人员学习:组织学校领导学习,进一步端正办学思想,提高执行《学校体育工作条例》的自觉性和积极性,从时间、人力、物力上
In recent years, everyone has placed increasing expectations on extracurricular sports activities. However, it is difficult to implement the extracurricular sports activities in many rural middle schools and the management is rather weak. Our school in extracurricular sports activities management has done six implementation, received very good results. First, the idea of implementation.
