教师发展是教育事业发展的基础,是提高教育质量、办好人民满意教育的关键。根据国家教育部网站公布的2016年全国学前教育统计数据,结合部分地区现状,发现目前农村学前教育发展尚存在教师数量不够、质量不高、流量较大及分量不足等问题。各级政府与部门仍需不断加大投入,配足配齐保教人员,加强管理建立流动管理机制,加强培训提高保教质量,加大招聘增加公办教师比例以逐步解决农村学前教育发展中存在的若干问题。
Teacher development is the basis for the development of education and the key to improving the quality of education and satisfying people’s satisfaction with education. According to the statistics of 2016 national pre-school education published by the Ministry of Education website and the status quo in some areas, it is found that there are still some problems in the development of pre-school education in rural areas such as insufficient number of teachers, low quality, large flow rate and insufficient weight. All levels of government and departments still need to continuously increase their investment, allocate enough personnel for education, strengthen management and establishment of a mobility management mechanism, strengthen training and improve the quality of education and public education, and increase the proportion of public-service teachers hired to gradually solve the problems in preschool education in rural areas problem.
