供应链整体运行效率成为竞争利器,迫使企业在价值链的每一个环节寻求降低成本,越来越多的大型企业集中资源专注于核心能力建设,将非核心资产及低附加值环节外包给了外围的中小企业。核心企业在物流和信息流层面对应的供应链管理技术和手段日趋成熟,但在资金流层面,对于分销商和供应商资金流的管控成为管理瓶颈。如何在合作过程中,加强对中小企业特别是小企业合作对手的信用风险的控制,降低合作风险、提升产业链的整体质量,成为核心客户必须解决的课题。
The overall operational efficiency of the supply chain has become a competitive weapon, forcing enterprises to seek to reduce costs in every aspect of the value chain. More and more large enterprises focus their resources on building core capabilities and outsource non-core assets and low value-added sectors to the periphery SMEs. Core enterprises in the logistics and information flow at the corresponding level of supply chain management techniques and tools maturing, but in the financial flow level, the management of the flow of funds for distributors and suppliers to become a management bottleneck. How to strengthen credit risk control for SME partners, especially small business cooperation partners, and reduce cooperation risks and overall quality in the industry chain has become a key issue that must be addressed by core customers.
