自20世纪30年代中国档案学创建以来,档案学术研究、档案学教育、档案事业都取得了蓬勃发展,各种档案学术交流亦层出不穷,然而,面向高校青年档案学者交流的学术研讨会却从未出现,为了增进青年档案学者的交流和学习、活跃学术氛围,由辽宁大学中国档案文化研究中心和《兰台世界》杂志社主办、辽宁大学出版社和申江万国辽宁数据信息有限公司协办的首届全国高校青年档案学者学术论坛于2014年8月11日至14日在辽宁大学隆重
