静脉注射三磷酸腺苷治疗室上速的疗效观察

阵发性室上速(PSVT)是临床常见的心律失常,90％为折返机制所致。我院自1985年以来经食道心房调搏诱发出PSVT者,应用三磷酸腺苷(ATP)治疗PSVT25例,现将治疗观察结果报告如下。
