工业遗产再利用是我国城市化进程中面临的一大问题。对老旧厂房、厂址的更新改造,不同于对其他地块的开发利用,有其本身的特点和要求。对工业遗产的改造不仅仅要考虑其经济功能,还须重视其所承载的历史、文化、艺术等价值,它是城市整体规划中体现其文化特色的重要组成部分。引起工业遗产再利用的原因有许多种,土地再开发是影响工业遗产再利用模式的深层原因。为此,要明确土地再开发过程中工业遗产再利用的各个主体,通过政策、法规等约束各责任主体的行为,使工业遗产再利用在可持续的模式下运行。
Reusing industrial heritage is one of the major problems facing the process of urbanization in our country. On the old plant, site renovation, different from the development and utilization of other plots, has its own characteristics and requirements. The transformation of industrial heritage should not only consider its economic functions, but also attach great importance to the historical, cultural and artistic values it carries. It is an important part of urban planning that embodies its cultural characteristics. There are many reasons for reusing industrial heritage. Redevelopment of land is the underlying reason that influences the reuse of industrial heritage. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the various subjects that recycle industrial heritage in the process of land redevelopment, and restrict the various responsible parties through policies, laws and regulations, so that industrial heritage can be reused in a sustainable mode.
