目的:对红葱Eleutherine americana Merr.et K. Heyne的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用硅胶柱层析分离纯化化合物,通过MS、NMR等波谱技术确定化合物结构。结果:从红葱中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:异红葱甲素(1)、红葱乙素(2)、异红葱乙素(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、8-羟基-3,4-二甲氧基-1-甲基-蒽醌-2-羧酸甲酯(5)、Hongconin(6)、4,8-二羟基-3-甲氧基-1-甲基蒽醌-2-羧酸甲酯(7)、Eleutherinone(8)、Kadsuric acid(9)。结论:其中化合物9为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of red onion Eleutherine americana Merr.et K. Heyne. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by MS, NMR and other spectroscopic techniques. RESULTS: Nine compounds were isolated from red onion and identified as follows: isoflavone (1), isoflavone (2), isoniazidrin (3), and β-sitosterol (4). 8-hydroxy-3,4-dimethoxy-1-methyl-indole-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester (5), Hongconin (6), 4,8-dihydroxy-3-methoxy-1 Methyl indole-2-carboxylate (7), Eleutherinone (8), Kadsuric acid (9). Conclusion: Compound 9 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
