以高压氧（ＨＢＯ）加常规药物综合治疗重度特发性突发性聋（重度突聋）５５例（５９耳），总有效率、ＰＴＡ降低值，以及病程≤１４ｄ、＞１４ｄ、疗程≥２０ｄ的疗效，均显著好于仅用常规药物治疗的对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）；且治疗２０ｄ后继续治疗听力仍有提高。并对ＨＢＯ提高重度突聋疗效的机理进行讨论。
55 cases (59 ears) with severe idiopathic sudden deafness (severe sudden deafness) were treated with HBO combined with conventional drugs. The total effective rate and PTA decreased, and duration of disease ≤14 days,> 14 days, duration of treatment ≥20 days Were significantly better than the control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01) only treated with conventional drugs; and the hearing treatment continued to improve after 20 days of treatment. HBO to improve the mechanism of severe sudden deafness are discussed.
