目的 探讨Ⅰ型前胶原羧基端肽 (PⅠCP)、Ⅲ型前胶原氨基端肽 (PⅢNP)、血管紧张素Ⅱ (AⅡ )、醛固酮 (ALD)与心功能不全的关系。方法 采用ELISA法、放射免疫法对 5 1例充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)患者 (心功能Ⅱ级 14例 ,Ⅲ级 2 0例 ,Ⅳ级 17例 )血中PⅠCP、PⅢNP、AⅡ及ALD水平进行检测 ,并与 2 6名正常人 (对照组 )进行对比分析。结果 CHF患者血中PICP、PⅢNP、AⅡ及ALD水平较对照组明显增高 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,与病情的严重程度一致。相关分析表明 ,PⅠCP、PⅢNP分别与AⅡ、ALD呈正相关关系 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 0 1)。结论 PⅠCP、PⅢNP可作为监测CHF患者心肌纤维化及进程的间接指标 ,反映CHF程度
Objective To investigate the relationship between type Ⅰ procollagen carboxyterminal peptide (PⅠCP), type Ⅲ procollagen aminopeptidase (PⅢNP), angiotensin Ⅱ (AⅡ), aldosterone (ALD) and cardiac dysfunction. Methods The levels of PⅠCP, PⅢNP, AⅡ and ALD in 51 patients with congestive heart failure (14 patients with grade Ⅱ heart disease, 20 patients with grade Ⅲ and 17 patients with grade Ⅳ) were measured by ELISA and radioimmunoassay Test, and with 26 normal subjects (control group) for comparative analysis. Results The blood levels of PICP, PⅢNP, AⅡ and ALD in CHF patients were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01), consistent with the severity of the disease. Correlation analysis showed that PⅠCP and PⅢNP were positively correlated with AⅡ and ALD (P <0.05-0.0001). Conclusions PⅠCP and PⅢNP can be used as indirect indicators to monitor myocardial fibrosis and progression of CHF patients and reflect the degree of CHF
